They also know available services and resources specifically tailored to the mental health needs of entrepreneurs and business owners in your community.

Being part of a group with common goals and experiences can help you minimize stress. There are other things you can do on your own as well.

  1. Prioritize Self-Care: Even if you feel busy, make time for activities that nourish your mind and body like exercise, meditation, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones. Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup.
