Members find members through the directory. Your profile is how Medina County businesses discover you when they search for what you do. A blank profile is a missed connection.

- Log in to the Member Hub (link sent in your welcome email)
- Add your business description, categories, and hours
- Upload your logo and cover photo
- Link your website and social profiles

Week 1

Schedule a 1:1 orientation with Stephanie
Stephanie walks you through every benefit, helps you pick the right events and connections, and makes sure you get the most out of membership from day one. This is the fastest way to turn membership into momentum.

- Email Stephanie to book a call or office visit
- Bring a list of your business goals for the year
- Leave with a personalized action plan

Week 2

Attend your first event
Most members make their first meaningful connection at their first event. Don't wait, the longer you delay, the easier it gets to put off. Pick any upcoming event and just show up.

- Pick one that fits your schedule (Networking WOW, Chamber Chat, and mixers are great starters)
- Register online
- Mention at check-in that you're a new member, we'll help introduce you around

Follow the Chamber on social
Events, member spotlights, and Chamber announcements go out on social first. Following keeps you in the loop without relying on email alone, and it's how you start getting seen in the community.

- Connect with Greater Medina Chamber on LinkedIn
- Tag the Chamber when you post about your business wins

Week 3

Find your way to get involved
The fastest way to turn a membership into real relationships is to show up and contribute. Whether that's volunteering with the Ambassadors, joining the Safety Council, or lending a hand at a signature event, there's a role that fits your goals.

Register for a workshop
Chamber workshops are built for fast wins. Come in at 9, leave with something you can use by lunch. Topics rotate, marketing, leadership, workforce, compliance, all taught by experts from the Medina business community.

Explore sponsorships and visibility options
Your membership tier sets your baseline visibility. Sponsorships and ad placements compound that, they're how growing businesses stay top of mind across the Chamber network. Even small sponsorships get your name in front of every member.
