The Chamber is excited to offer our new professional meeting spaces—perfect for hosting trainings, seminars, client meetings, or small group gatherings. Conveniently located one block from the Historic Medina Sqaure with easy, free parking and first-floor access, our spaces are designed for comfort, flexibility, and productivity.


There are TWO space options available for Member and Non-Member Rentals.


The Vault – Conference Room (Seats up to 16)

A private, closed-door meeting space featuring a distinctive vault door, the Vault provides a quiet, professional setting ideal for board meetings, team collaborations, or client presentations.

Availability: Monday through Friday - 7:30am - 5:30pm
Parking: On-site attached lot and nearby City Hall parking garage (free parking)

Main Room – Training & Seminar Space (Seats up to 50)

Our spacious main room offers flexible table configurations to accommodate meetings, workshops, and seminars of all kinds.
